About this business

Strictly speaking, the name is accurate. It is what is served here. Still, you have to admire the moxie in choosing that particularly descriptive name. Concentrate, though, on the delicious Neapolitan-style cooking here from recipes handed down by the owner's grandmother. In addition to the terrific mussels, shellfish and fish dishes, find top quality prime rib and wonderful pastas. Specials change daily from the Broiled Halibut in Marinara Sauce to the hearty, house-made Cioppino. The service is warm and friendly for the po... read more

My crab was delicious. This is one of my favorite restaurant in the Bay Area.

The Crabwich was not very favorable. It would have tasted better with some kind of seasoning in the crabmeat. The clam chowder was mediocre at best as were the overpriced glasses of Sangria. I did enjoy the window view seating of the bay and the Lotsa crab is pricey but delicious!

A fun place for a get together. Not too loud but loud enough that you can laugh and talk without disturbing others. Good service and never feel rushed.

We were celebrating my birthday and everything was just perfect. We had the best waiter. He was extremely attentive, our drinks were always filled up, not once did we ask for anything because he was on it. Our food was delicious. We will definitely be going back.

Last night was the first time that I have ever been to the dead fish. It will be the first of many. The service was outstanding, the nautical atmosphere was subtle without being boring, and just enough to make me feel like I was dining on a luxury liner. The food and drinks were impeccable. I can't wait to go back again, and bring friends. What a wonderful experience.
