About this business

Strictly speaking, the name is accurate. It is what is served here. Still, you have to admire the moxie in choosing that particularly descriptive name. Concentrate, though, on the delicious Neapolitan-style cooking here from recipes handed down by the owner's grandmother. In addition to the terrific mussels, shellfish and fish dishes, find top quality prime rib and wonderful pastas. Specials change daily from the Broiled Halibut in Marinara Sauce to the hearty, house-made Cioppino. The service is warm and friendly for the po... read more

Great food & amazing service by MJ. She is warm, funny & surprisingly calm considering how busy that place is. We will definitely return!

As usual the food was the best. Crab chowder, French dip and fish and chips. Amazing. I wouldn't sit outside next time until the wasps aren't hanging out on the porch but they did warn us before we went out there. My favorite stop for food when going to or from the city.

I absolutely love The Dead Fish. The sitting area out side is gorgeous, right by the water and the view of the bridge. Mine & my husbands place for our anniversary dinners. The only criticism I will give is the desert menu, I feel it needs to be vamped up

We had a last minute change in plans and showed up with no reservation. Four of us, seated right away. Friendly and attentive service. Iron grill combo was a huge hit, and all enjoyed our entrees. I've usually visited for lunch, and this was perhaps my second time to be there at dinner. I've never had bad food or bad service, whether with a small group or large, lunch or dinner.
