It's a huge home I went with a group of 31 Women. It Ha more than that many beds an Elevator, lots of bathrooms, 2 kitchens a movie theater that sits 18 in theater seats. The beach is in walking distance you it's lots of steps down stairs and back but if you walk father down the road you can access the beach on level ground of also at the house there is a hot tub Sauna also wrap around porch I loved sitting out there with the ocean breeze and sunshine.
