Ellen and the Davis Real Estate Group were phenomenal to work with when selling our house. She walked us through everything very clearly and was always available to ask questions of and talk through ideas. Tim and his team sold our house and it was an amazing experience start to finish. Tim worked with us to set a competitive price and helped us decide on any touch ups we needed to do before listing. The stagers did an amazing job. We had moved most of our stuff before hand so there was a lot to stage. Our house looked so good I almost didn't recognize it. Tim was always available by phone and helped us through the selling process. As first time sellers, we really appreciated his insight.
