I’m so glad I decided to move forward with my decision and was introduced to Dr. Primomo and his staff. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to hear you out, which is hard to find in a doctor nowadays. I felt safe during the whole process and even now that I’m experiencing a bit of a bump in the road of recovering, I know he’ll help me to get through this. I thought I had left a review before, but after reading some of these negative reviews, I felt that I probably should. First, I had my surgery 4 years ago, right before the shut down in 2020. Dr. Primomo has wonderful bedside manners, answered all my questions, and we discussed my options and he told me what would be best for me. He listened to what I had to say and still told me to think about what I wanted to do. I'm unsure why these other people are saying bad things about him. I picked this clinic because I immediately got excellent customer service. So far, I have worked with Kiki, Kalyn (she’s amazing, very personable and easy to work with), Maria, Karen and Dr.Primomo. I appreciate the care, I KNOW Dr.Primomo is going to take great care of me during surgery. They truly care about the patients.
Exceptional staff. Kiki and dr. Kajese makes the whole experience very pleasant, especially for someone like me who’s stubborn about going to the doctor. They set the bar high!
