Update: I followed up with Leston via email per their reply to this review. It’s been almost a month now, and no one has reached back out. Either they have a huge back log of complaints, the person responsible for handling complaints is not working, or their automatic response is just for show. FYI, good luck trying to book a move-out inspection! We emailed and called several times between July 12th and 15th (lease end date), but no one responded or picked up the phone, so we had to show up at the leasing office in hopes tha... read more

Leston is one of the worst property management companies in Edmonton - on par with Boardwalk. They confirmed our moving elevator for Saturday at 10am. We asked for the keys on Friday evening, and they told us that they can only give us the keys on Saturday morning when one of their property managers is on-site. It is now almost 11am and no one is here. Because of Leston, we are now paying almost double for the moving company to move our belongings without the elevator. Blissfully quiet. I never hear my neighbours. Well maintained. Large rooms in apartment. Good gym. Convenient location. Great views from my corner suite and balconies. My cat is welcome. Free coffee in lobby. Only downside: it’s an older building with occasional maintenance problems.
