Amazing building with wonderful management. I have been renting with Leston Holdings LTD for about 3 years now, and it's been the best renting experience I've had. Nathan Hutchinson has guided me through the renting experience and is super kind and helpful. He also helped me move between two different Leston properties easily, and was kind and considerate. Ever since Leston took over the quality of this building had been going down drastically. Broken laundry machines every month, poor communication, broken elevators, etc.
The DT apartments offer a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the river valley and High Level Bridge, along with convenient access to numerous walking trails and LRT links. Since Leston Holdings assumed management in December 2024, our experience, particularly with Nathan, has been excellent. He has consistently handled our requests with professionalism and efficiency. A great place to live.
