Clean, safe building. Great location. Close to transit and downtown amenities. Amazing views of the park and river valley. So nice having two balconies. Free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch.
Great building, quiet, fantastic area. Lived there for 4 years in 3 different units. Neighbours were always pleasant.
