David Hakimi and Amanda Shaver helped us sell our home in Superior Colorado. Our situation presented a few challenges. David and Amanda did an exceptional job navigating the process with us. They are both very experienced and knowledgable. We felt their advice and guidance was very good. They were always professional and very easy to work with. I believe that representing our best interest was always their priority. They are also very nice people. I feel lucky to have found them and recommend them without reservation.
Dave could not be better as he works hard late constantly and brilliantly. I’ve used him for a buy/sell years ago and a sell with extremely difficult buyers in a tough market- this could not have been done without you Dave!
David and Amanda were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond to questions, are experts in the industry, and stuck by us even though our sales were tough. We had some serious hurdles to jump, and they jumped them right along with us, never leaving us to fend for ourselves. Thank you both for your hard work!
My wife & I sold our home with David and Ashley and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. This wasn't our first rodeo so we came in with expectations and they exceeded every single one of them. Amanda and David were absolutely awesome to work with! I think they are the best agents we have ever had, and we have had 5 real estate agents in the US, and 4 different agents in New Zealand when we lived overseas. We hit a little hiccup, but they went to bat for us, and we really feel like they gave it everything they could, and we ended up with a reasonable outcome that was the best I believe it could be for our situation!
