I received a proposal on April 30th. They did half the work and it is now June 10th and they have not completed other half. I have called and emailed several times and was told that they would check with technician. No response or has the work been done. Terrible service. I will look for someone else to finish. Will never hire them again.
The Davey Tree service just trimmed my silver maple tree, June 6. The tree trunk is about 16 feet away from my house in the Sun City Huntley development. Their contract was to trim the top so that it would be about 6 feet from the roof. Instead they removed a good 12 ft top to bottom between the house"s wall and the tree trunk. Seems they did nothing to try to maintain its original beautuful tulip shape either. What a hack job; my husband and I are sooo mad !!!

We've been very pleased with the service Brandon has provided. He always gives a courtesy call before he arrives. Brandon is knowledgeable and friendly. Our crabapple trees are looking very healthy.
