Davey removed two very large oak trees that had fallen in back of our property which is only accessible by foot. Alex, the arborist, was very responsive and professional, and he and the crew all worked very hard to provide excellent service and the best outcome. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.
They are a very professional service that some would even say are the best. Everyone from the arborist you meet to the groundie on the job site does great work. Ok so I may be a little biased since I work for them, BUT from an inside point of view they are a great company to work for. I am one of said arborist, and Daveys commitment to customer service is second to none. Health checks and evaluations by a certified arborist are always free!
I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Davey. Having an arborist evaluate the health of my trees and advise on maintenance is important to me. The folks that have come out to prune the trees are very pleasant and competent. I'm amazed at the work they do. I have a couple old Monterey pines that are huge and they pruned the dead wood and emoved excess weight. They are careful around my property and they clean up nicely. I have worked with Davey Tree many times at several properties over the years. Every Davey Tree employee I have encountered has been responsive, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I am especially appreciative of Patrick Mounce, District Manager. He's thoughtful in his approach while taking into account many factors before offering and effectively articulating his recommendations--all done with professionalism and kindness.
