My husband and I love Davey Trees. We love their expertise and professionalism. We enjoy working with Tyler, he is always available when we had questions and was available to pop by and look at our trees whenever we asked him too. We have purchased four trees from Davey and have been thrilled with everyone of them. They are healthy and growing straight and strong. Terrible experience. Got an estimate in October for a tree pruning and was told I was being put on the schedule. Was also told that Winter was the ideal time for pruning trees. In December, the work had still not been done. When I finally got a return email (they don't return calls or emails most of the time), I was told it should be done that week. It's now the middle of March and the work still isn't done. Stay away! They either don't know how to use technology effectively (any off the shelf scheduling application would do... read more

Very unprofessional! The crew did a horrible job with the sod and left a mess not only at our house but neighbors as well. Spoke to the crew manager NICK and he was very combative and went as far as making up lies about what was said and done at the job site. Unfortunate for him, all the work done was videotaped on our security camera and neighbors as well!!
