Disappointing Experience — Unfinished Work and No Accountability Scott Johnson initially seemed knowledgeable and professional when he came to assess the trees on my property. Unfortunately, the actual service did not reflect that. I was out of town on the day his crew came, and they failed to trim the trees along the back of my property. Ricky with Davey Tree came out and gave me a bid to trim my River-birch trees. His team came out a few weeks later and did a very good job and were very professional. I have always found Davey Tree to be reliable and recommend them highly.
