I had an interaction with Brian at Davey Tree that left me pretty disappointed. The overall experience just didn’t feel very professional, and communication could have been a lot better. Things felt rushed and a bit disorganized, and I didn’t get the sense that my concerns were really being taken seriously.
Reckless and incompetent. Davey recommended and performed a Fruit Regulator Trunk Injection to manage fruit production for my 150-foot ginkgo tree. That was 5 years ago. Since then this has destroyed the growth and vascular layers every 3 inches along the trunk where they injected, effectively girdling the tree. I now have a 150 foot dying tree over my house. Thanks guys.
