Worst service ever. New untrained staff promise things that they don't know anything about which are not honored the next morning. 25 bucks to check in early by an hour. Promised 10 dollar food voucher not honored. Rooms are pretty good but they couldn't even bother to check if the conditioner bottle was working.
The new pillows are terrible! Been staying at this hotel for many years and they have the most comfortable beds, but they recently changed all of their pillows to the same one and they are too big and bulky and hurt my neck. The rest of the hotel is great, especially their super amazing & friendly staff!
Never got past the lobby. Rule not stated on website blocked us at the door. Two dogs allowed, but our small cat was completely forbidden. I was looking forward to my stay, but now we have to quickly find somewhere else to go for the night. Disgusted by their lack of transparency.
I was called to jury duty from Wenatchee. The hotel offered a government rate that (while still pricey) was doable in the short amount of time one had to plan to stay in Spokane. It’s also only four blocks from the courthouse, which was a huge plus. The hotel was flexible with extending days as I had no idea when I would be done. The bed was great and a slept well when I was there.
Beautiful autograph hotel.very comfortable beds. Nice bar, good food, easy in and out valet.
