We booked through autograph hotel group, was quoted a price, then billed 400 dollars more. No customer service, the manager would not help at all. Horrible manager and customer service!!
Tried to book about $1000 in rooms in person after dining. It was for my Grandmothers celebration of life. Turned away by the front desk saying it was “policy” In my corporate hotel management experience you take the money not tell a Marriott member to go find my laptop and book online. Unreal. Canceling my membership and never staying or dining again. So rude.
The only bad thing happens I had bedbugs. They were happy to move me to a new room where I spent quite a bit of time showering and trying to get red of the feeling of creepy crawling on me. I slept well the bed was comfortable but after waking up and still being incredibly itchy I checked the bed and sure enough there were bedbugs in the second room needless to say I didn’t stay for a the third night and not one person cared that they were in the second room. So I’m spending the night in my bus
