Usally we have a great time at rhe tower but with our incident friday night im not sure we feel safe going back. We were next to a rambunctious group that came back to the hotel supper drunk and made a lot of noise so we reported it to security around 1230 at night. When security came up they were unable to use their ears and pounded on our door, they never stated who they were. I had reserved 2 rooms but I canceled 1 in the time frame they set. I got a cancelation email but when I checked in she said that the email isn't linked to the hotel and I was supposed to call. The email I received doesn't say that at all. I showed her the email but she keep saying that the website and the actual hotel are separate. Wth! Before we came for the weekend I kept getting different emails about the reservation so I thought it was all one and the same.
