5 stars! Aimee Devaney, Andrew Smith, and all the staff at this location, made sure my meeting went amazing! Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, and amazing staff make this a must stay/visit on your next trip to Spokane! I will definitely be hosting more meetings at this venue! Top notch service!
Amazing downtown location, walkable to most restaurants, and other desirable attractions. Room was clean and on par with most Marriott collection hotels. The experience that I took exception with was front desk check in. I checked in on my Marriot App, listed that I would be using valet parking, and had selected a check in time. I was greeted with a half hearted generic welcome by a young woman who took little pride in her professional appearance.
