My apartment is pretty spacious, with all updated appliances. The amenities here are good. I do wish we had assigned parking, it would be nice. But I get the first come, first serve idea. I enjoy how quickly the office ladies & maintenance respond & take action when I had concerns or requests that needed to be done! Everyday I see staff working hard, & riding around keeping the environment clean.
The team of maintenance workers are awesome. They are pleasant, respectful and their work ethics are awesome. They fix things in a very timely manner. The property is also maintenance very well.
I have lived here several years, and the assistant manager Kelsey has always gone above and beyond when working with our family. She also says hello when I see her, and makes the place a lot nicer, because she's so very friendly!
Many improvements have been made to beautify the property. In addition to the external aesthetics though, is that the entire mgmt team is professional and helpful. They command respect, however, also maintain something pretty rare these days: humanity! I'm thankful to still live here after 8 years!
