These apartments are so much better since the new owner's and manager took over. The grounds keeper Jeff does an amazing job keeping the complex clean! You can tell when he isn’t there. One complaint is the security company this patrols to take care of after hours issue is terrible at doing anything other than “making note of it”
I did a maintenance request for a light that was out on the porch noone ever came but, I saw Jeff doing maintenance outside and asked him about it i didn't get that night because they were out but the next day we had a light.Thank u Jeff
It has been absolute bs since i’ve moved in this is honestly my last straw. I cannot wait for my lease to be over.
They just get better and better. These guys have such great attention to detail and really care about their residents.
I have been living here for a couple years now in a 1bedroom. Maintenance request are responded in 24-48 hours. The outside parking lot and general outside area is always kept clean by maintenance guy Jeff
