Dave Keefe and his team are fantastic. My father passed away in November 2023. I was tasked with finding a local Mt View broker to remodel, list, and sell my dad’s house while it was in probate. My husband and I just bought our first house, and the process has been amazingly smooth, thanks to Katy. She is thorough, responsive, detailed-oriented, and so very nice!! She helped us navigate the home-buying process, supporting us through each step. She was wonderful, and I warmly recommend working with her if you wish to buy a house in the bay area.
I highly recommend Dave Keefe and his team. We moved to a different state and had to sell our house during a certain time window. The service that we'd received was very professional and all-encompassing: from home improvements (project) to conducting open houses, and everything else that's required. Five stars!
Katy expertly navigated us and our buyers through a seamless, transparent, and highly efficient real estate transaction. She was very responsive and collaborative, providing essentially real-time guidance and updates throughout the process, which was particularly important given that most of this process was done remotely with a three-hour time zone difference between sellers and buyers. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a highly effective real estate agent!
