I live in a large, Dartmouth managed condominium community, and our relationship with them has been smooth and responsive. We have a wonderful manager - and we had approval rights. We have an excellent Portfolio Manager. Dartmouth has been very helpful to our office and has understood our priorities here and honored those. We do have a strong and competent Board, and Dartmouth has complimented that and provided the expertise we need when we need it. I can't understand how the negative reviewers got in that position. Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from the Dartmouth Group as humanely possible. I am sure if you speak with the neighbors at any Dartmouth Group location they will tell you of all the trouble. The nonsense constant fees. Constables. Lawyers fees. They will make you lose for condo with all the fees. Keep the hell away and run! You would do better living in a cardboard box as opposed to joining this regime.
