The last time I checked, it wasn't okay to advertise a 1 hr appointment and only provide a 45 minute service. I booked it for 1 hr at 7pm. The website says 1 hr. When they send you the confirmation it literally says, 1 hour from 7pm to 8pm. I guess Kasia thought differently. When she ended the facial and told me I could get dressed, the time felt super short to me and after I got up and looked at the time it was 7:45pm. I came across Darling Skin Studio in October when I had an appointment at another spot that cancelled on me last minute. I was able to get in for a Maya Chia Facial with Aleesha, and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. The studio is super cute & cozy, all the products used smell amazing (and clean), and it is overall such a lovely, relaxing experience. The most relaxing and absolutely lovely facial with Aleesha! I also had a wax that was efficient and thorough which is what you want. It's such a cute and private space. I can't wait to come back for my next visit with her!
I recently had a leg waxing at this salon, and I’m really happy with the results. My clinician was skilled, attentive, and friendly. The salon was cute and clean. I was very satisfied with the results and will go back for more services.
Absolute worst wax experience I've ever had. I went for a Brazilian. She texted to move by appointment by an hour to start, and then it was incredibly awkward. I've never had someone not leave the room for me to undress or not give appropriate instructions on how to sit. I explained several times that I wanted a Brazilian, paid for a Brazilian, with the only difference being that I did not want to take much off the top part.
