We went last night, and it was FABULOUS!! The service was impeccable! Every server who passed our table and saw plates that needed to be removed, or drinks that needed refilled, stopped and helped! They were all so nice! Now the food was INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!! The oysters were so fresh and I don't usually eat raw oysters, but they were too good to pass up!! Great atmosphere, creative drinks, and outstanding food!
Amazing! We absolutely loved everything about our experience at The Darling. From the festive atmosphere to the incredible oysters it was all fantastic. Being a Charleston native that has grown up on the water I am very picky about my seafood. I like it to be fresh and prepared in a manner that i couldn't replicate in my own kitchen. I found this all to be true at The Darling.
The Darling is definitely the epitome of a Charleston restaurant. The decor of nautical palettes and wall designs, plus the upbeat, social atmosphere perfectly compliment the restaurant's menu of baked oysters, raw bar favorites, and classic sandwiches. A few friends and I went into the Darling Oyster Bar on Saturday night and the staff members and service were amazing! The restaurant has a really cool vibe and the champagne was delicious! Thank you for a great time and we will definitely be joining you for dinner this week at the raw bar!
