About this business
Originally the parsonage for the town of Sandwich, this stately inn became the Fessenden Tavern & Inn in the mid-18th Century. After Daniel Webster became a customer, (he visited regularly for more than 30 years), the inn changed its name. The original inn burned down 30 years ago. The rebuilt version, with 48 rooms, an outdoor pool and a highly-rated restaurant, features period decor and suites with hot tubs and gas fireplaces. Rates are seasonal.

Dan'L Webster Inn & Spa This restaurant offers both casual and more formal dining. It has a very nice buffet and the menu dishes are delicious with creative specials. Both the tavern and the main dining room have very good food.
Great place to stay.. We stayed here for a birthday weekend, and it was just the most beautiful inn. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the service was great. We loved the restaurant too, the food was delicious! The only downside is that it's a little expensive to stay, but really worth it if you don't go too often. We've recommended this inn to family and friends, and we plan to go back soon.
This is beautiful!!! This is the nicest hotel for a romantic getaway or a vacation on the Cape. Everyone treats you like you are royalty. IT IS JUST INCREDIABLE. I can't wait to go back. It is on the expensive side but it is WORTH EVERY PENNY. They have the most wonderful restaurant . The food is just phenominal...
WOW! The Daniel Webster Inn is a perfect place for Bostonians (or anyone else, for that matter) to go for a weekend getaway. The Inn is old and charming with fantastic rooms and a world class spa. The restaurant is phenomenal. Believe it or not, I highly recommend the pizza there. It's a little pricey to stay there, but there are often packages with lower rates. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff!
