I have been the owner of a unit at Thornhill Condominium for just over a year. After some time, certain maintenance issues within my unit. I had the excellent PDI with Richmond. He was detailed and helped a lot to educate a new condominium how to inspect. I suggested him to improve better PDI process for the future. Anyhow I'm exciting now to move to my new condo.
