I went in on opening day about 45 minutes after the place opened. I ordered a tofu scramble burrito and it was excellent! This place is essential whether you're vegan or not.
Breakfast burrito was awesome. Flavorful, moist, and just the right amount of vegan cheese. My new favorite restaurant in town.

Still working out a few kinks, but so nice to have a quality veg option in town.
