I was looking for a place to rent and at first Daniel seemed like he was going to help. I soon realized that he didn't actually want to take the time to help. Dan Parsons and his team are the worst. Dan lied to my wife when she had inspection concerns. Our realtor from his team kept screwing up. Even shared information he shouldn't have with the seller and cost us our sellers help. His team and the other realtor had to pay to cover that issue. When he brought someone in for mold remediation they couldn't show up on the scheduled date because they were drunk. He warned us of this and laughed about it. We thought it was a joke.
