Amazing family owned business! I personally had a temperature controlled unit that was clean, new in appearance, and well maintained. Security cameras observe the inside and outside of the facilities on the grounds. They have a variety of options from small to large units, temperature controlled or not, and covered or uncovered parking for trailers and boats. Over the years and multiple moves, I have used a bunch of different services and The Dam Storage tops them all! I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.

This facility is by far the easiest, friendliest, convenient (for us at least) and reasonably priced storage facility in the Irmo/Columbia area. We’ve been repeat customers of The Dam Storage units and I’d highly recommend this facility over others. On each occasion that I had my belongings stored here I never once found myself concerned of the safety or security of my items. Owners are amazing! Customer service is on point. Rented from them for two years, and never had a problem. Even if I was late on payment, they completely understood and worked with me.

Safe. Friendly. Clean. Great location . Super easy to activate a rental online and gain immediate access. This was the easiest and fastest thing I did while moving.
