This facility is by far the easiest, friendliest, convenient (for us at least) and reasonably priced storage facility in the Irmo/Columbia area. We’ve been repeat customers of The Dam Storage units and I’d highly recommend this facility over others. On each occasion that I had my belongings stored here I never once found myself concerned of the safety or security of my items. Owners are amazing! Customer service is on point. Rented from them for two years, and never had a problem. Even if I was late on payment, they completely understood and worked with me.
Safe. Friendly. Clean. Great location . Super easy to activate a rental online and gain immediate access. This was the easiest and fastest thing I did while moving.
I was able to reserve a climate controlled on their web site and the setup was easy. Facility is clean and accessible, and staff friendly.
Hands down the best storage rentals owned/ran by the best people.
