Love this place. Come here every week. Last week I got my usual order. Asked for the bagel to be toasted and got my breakfast sandwich after waiting 15-20 mins since it was busy. No big deal, also might’ve been short-staffed. I used to work in the service industry so I get it. Bagel was untoasted and the sausage was legitimately cold like it had just come out of the fridge. Overpriced for low quality bagels. This is the only place I’ve been to where they charge extra for cheese and meat on a bagel. It is a capitalistic greedy bagel place. To make matters worse, both our bagels were made wrong, no cheese added to both and the wrong meat on one of them. Also, they didn’t bother to even say my name out loud for the order pick up (after writing it completely wrong mind you). Disappointed, to say the least. Better off at Dunkin.
