Delicious food and great service!
Seriously, these are the best bagels I’ve had in the greater Chicago area. I absolutely love coming here - they have a delicious variety of bagels and cream cheese, even a vegan cream cheese (which I definitely appreciate as I am lactose intolerant). I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful! They also have Dark Matter coffee and beans, which is a huge plus. LOVE their bagels, but they need a better process to move the line along, especially in the morning when it’s busy. I have left before getting bagels multiple times, due to the wait. Maybe consider a second register - one for the time consuming bagel sandwich orders and the other for grab and go bagels.
