I just want to thank the staff at Daleiden Mortuary.Today marks 5 months since we laid my best friend to rest and said our final goodbyes. This day was one of hardest days of my life but the Daleiden staff were there to help every step of the way. My friend had a beautiful and well deserved service. My gratitude goes out to you all on this day for your compassion and sincerity. My family and I thank you!
Take your business elsewhere. Shady business dealings here. Pulled a fast one by raising fees on a pre paid funeral. We changed the funeral to a family graveside service because of the virus and was told we would get a refund of the unused services. Then they raised all the prices to the point we basically didn't get a refund. Shady.... very shady. And they won't return my phone calls.
