Really bad experience last summer of 2019. Ordered a shredded chicken sandwich, but it looked like dog food. So I asked to exchange it for a regular coney without the hotdog, and they wouldn't allow me to make the exchange or get my money back. I called the owner to bring it to his attention, especially since whatever the teenage girls working were throwing around at each other inside, came flying out and hit me as I was standing there ordering my food, but the owner hung up on me.
