Not to much to explain... the best food, in the best setting, served by the best people.
Still the best pasta outside of Italy. They make good use of squid.
The only place we eat out, we drive from NH for the Fried calamari, Little necks Siciliano and the most delicious monkfish you'll ever eat. The side of white and a side of red pasta and of course a glass of red wine and an Italian beer
