The skill and professionalism in this clinic is the absolute best. I've been getting electrolysis and I've seen ten times more progress here in a couple months than I saw with my last technician in six months. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Ana is so awesome and so gentle and understanding . She makes me feel comfortable and does an awesome job. She's a lot better than my old electrologist, and you can see results real quick. Her clinic is large, comfortable and beautiful with lots of privacy. You can see your progress real quick. She is completely professional and her clinic is always immaculate and disinfected. Ana sets appointments incorrectly, even. She also texted at me at 6:35 in the morning. She also lacks organization and accountability. edit: I am really confident that I didn't no show more than 3 times to an appointment with Ana. To my recollection, it was 0-1 times. And I lean strongly towards 0. For some reason, it's been difficult to access gender-affirming care. I don't believe Ana hardly ever purposely says misinformation. But she does do that. Ana is awesome! I've been going to her just a few months for electrolysis and the results are great! She's patient and shares her vast knowledge so that you understand the proceedures. 100% recommend going to her if you're looking to reduce your body hair.
