Great staff and intense workouts that leave me sore (the good kind of sore) for days! Would highly recommend trying this place out. :)
I absolutely love this studio! Every time I've taken a class has been an amazing workout. I can feel myself pushing harder in each class. The instructors are also great because they change up each class and you're never bored. I just wish they offered more 6:30pm classes on the weekdays!
I have been to a number of boutique studios (orange theory, pure barre, yoga, pilates, etc.) and in my opinion, Dailey Method offers the best approach I've found. The combo of barre style workouts and (hard!) cycling cardio is extremely effective and I love the way that yoga moves (and philosophy) is woven into the workouts. Best of all, this little studio has a yummy, warm feel. A lot of places talk about community, but Dailey Method Ashburn truly seems to have it.
The Dailey Method has some of the best exercise classes in Loudoun County. The atmosphere is always inviting and the instructors really work with the class to make them stronger but also make sure they are using proper form. I highly recommend the Dailey Method for anyone looking to physically feel better and stronger.
Absolutely love this studio! They have Barre and cycle so it’s the best if both worlds 🙌🏼. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a no-judgement zone, so no matter what level your at physically there’s no worries! Awesome all around 🤩
