With a friendly and motivating atmosphere like TDM, you'll look forward to working out everyday rather than dreading it! The atmosphere is great and they offer a variety of classes and times which allows me to fit a workout in no matter what my day entails.
These classes are great! I love that the instructors help realign you into the correct position rather than me doing it wrong and not knowing. The staff is so sweet, makes me enjoy going to work out!
TDM is a place you can easily feel at home, strengthen your body, feel confident, and be the healthiest you’ve ever been! The staff members are amazing and push you to be the best version of yourself! Love this place!💚💛🧡
Love the Staff, great atmosphere. Each instructor brings something new to each class making it fun and interesting.
This place is amazing. For me it’s been an answer to a prayer ! I’ve wanted to get my body back after having two kids, and finding time with littles in tow is hard !! The kids room is right there and the girls who work it are fabulous. I’m super picky about where I’ll leave my kids and this is the first place around I felt comfortable doing so.
