We were apartment hunting and ended up choosing The Dahlia and we very happy we did! The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with brand-new appliances and tons of storage. The property itself is beautiful, with a lapped pool, a well-equipped gym, great lounging area, huge grills, and a scenic walking trail that’s perfect for our dog. Stephen took us last minute to tour the apartments we loved online. He went above and beyond to show us all of the amenities (even though we were a last minute walk in) and answered all of our questions in detail. Definitely request Stephen if you’re planning a tour! These apartments are beautiful and clean.
Management and maintenance team are absolutely amazing. Property is well maintained. We love living here.
Kyle the manager was phenomenal. His energy was through the roof. He took care of me and My friend while on the tour he showed care and kindness and understood our wants and needs, and he was very knowledgeable in his market. I recommend this property hands down as it was gorgeous.
Roaches. My daughter lives there…it’s terribly run. Far cry from “luxury.” They said “oh it’s Florida, roaches are normal.” They don’t retreat or offer any solution. I spoke to the “on site manager” — he’s rude and literally couldn’t care less about noise, dogs, or bugs. When they opened, it smelled clean and fresh….now it’s filthy and stinky in the main hallways. They will not lift a finger to maintain this place .
