Everything is absolutely wonderful, and we really love living here! When we first moved in, the hallways smelled lovely and were very clean. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the smell is no longer pleasant and the cleanliness of the hallways has declined, particularly in Building 4. This is disappointing because the property is otherwise so beautiful. I kindly ask management to look into this matter and help restore the cleanliness and pleasant fragrance that we enjoyed when we first moved in. Thank you!
this place has a roach problem (and silverfish problem). i moved back here not even 2 months ago (i did a 14 month lease last time) and within the last few weeks alone ive seen countless roaches dead & alive both inside my unit and in the hallway. my last lease i saw 3 and didnt think too much into it but maybe that was the start of it all. they keep blaming it on the rain yet i live on the 4th floor with indoor hallways and they’re saying they could possibly come up from the drains which is NOT normal IF that was the case. ... read more
For the time i was at Dahlia, I had a great experience. Kyle and Dominic were always friendly and on hand for any issues. Dahlia is well maintained and clean with a pet friendly environment, The residents are friendly and great to hang out with at the monthly events in the lounge. I recommend Dahlia for those looking for a quiet place to live and relax. The maintenance team is always prompt and do it right the first time. 5 Issues & 5 Positives: 1.Not secure. All entry points should only allow digital key to enter. 2.No assigned parking, when Johnny,Sarah & Ben have college friends over, they take all the close parking. You come home from work and have to walk all the way from the other parking lot; with all your groceries…. 3.Units are hollow: no insulation, you can hear everything.
