After living at the Pointe at Palm Bay, we moved to the Dahlia in 2024. Here are the positives, neutral and negative points so far after 12 months living here. Positives: *Leasing process was very smooth, Kyle was amazing at guiding us and making the accomodations necessary for a smooth transition, very professional and reasonable. *The maintenance is good as well, when I put in a request it's normally addressed ASAP when it's an emergency (our AC stopped working at night and was fixed by the next day) and when one of the sm... read more
There is no parking lot security, no gates, buildings are not secure, and no cameras, wouldn't take much to key fob each building, but definitely lacking in security for the price point. Has elevator which is nice. Management is nice
