I ordered an air filter for an XRF50 and they sent me an engine piston honer. Not what I ordered at all. I called them MANY times to try and rectify the issue, but their menu is run entirely by AI. No matter how many times I tried, I could not get a REAL person to help me. I even confirmed with the AI voice that my help ticket requested a call back from a real person. Beware of doing business with The D-Zone. They will ship you bent, scratched, and nonfunctional products that have obviously been dropped by guys in the warehouse or have been previously returned. You'll also have to wait forever for them to come in, way past the estimated delivery window. I waited a week or so for half of my initial order, consisting of atv wheels, which included defective product that was obviously dropped multiple times on concrete. The prices are good, shipping time is the strongest positive about the company for me, I'm state over though so. The Customer Service on the other hand is pretty lack luster, sent an email a week or two ago and no response, sent a follow up a day or so ago thinkin maybe it was lost or they forgot, no response yet. Get more active at responding please.
