Ordered a tire from them on Walmart.com they sent the wrong tire a much cheaper tire different than the picture and description. Looking at the Walmart reviews it looks like they probably do that every time on that tire I wouldn’t order anything from them after dealing with them as a third party seller on Walmart was a major waste of time and I would consider an attempted scam that people probably fall for.
This place is a scam. I ordered a pack of 6 oil filters from this company and only recieved 1 filter. They wont correct it and I am having to go through amazon to figure it out.... luckily I ordered through amazon and not this company directly... they are trash.
Will not recommend you will fight with AI the entire time and be disconnected when you request to speak to a human being just buy it from eBay or a verified online seller
Ordered an item that was re-routed to three different carriers. I was freaking out and reached out to The D Zone and they replied within hours on a weekend, and immediately did a package claim/search. The delay in delivery was not their fault, but their response in trying to fix the problem is a true view of the companies values and ethics. Thanks again for all your hard work & communication.
Beware! These are deceptive people. Bait and switch. They are advertising Dunlop AT81 tires on Amazon and Walmart.com but actually shipping the horrible AT82 tires. There is no actual customer service. You will regret patronizing this company if you have an issue.
