I've been attending classes here for almost a year, roughly 1-2x week, and it has saved my soul. I can't keep this short because there are so many things that are consistently great about this place. Signing up for the first class was a big step out of my comfort zone, but they make it so easy to be there and have everything you need (come 10-15 mins early, though!). I LOVE going to Cycle Lab for a great workout! The instructors are encouraging and always bring the energy. They also always have fun extra things like themed rides, raffles, and other exciting events that make every visit unique. Highly recommend!
