Will I sent the hair dresser a picture of what I wanted before meeting. Other pictures are what I got. Hairdresser said she would follow up on Wednesday. No follow-up- $200 later and I am left with a mess. Update: The salon did reach out to me and spent time trying to correct my first hair color experience. I do appreciate their hard work and acceptance of correcting an error. Still not strawberry blonde. But I upgraded their review since the salon is very ethical. Thank you
I haven’t had a proper cut and style in nearly a decade. As a queer Asian American I was stumped on where to go in which there are stylists knowledgeable on how to cut my type of hair and I’d feel safe. The cutting room has that and so much more. The Cutting Room is a sustainable salon in Wheat Ridge that puts thought into the impact of hairstyling on not just you and your hair, but the environment. I had such a great experience at The Cutting Room! I hadn’t dyed my hair in over a decade and Zion really made my vision come to life. I asked for a blended/dimensional brunette and wow, it came out great. I also asked for a low maintenance look and I know that this will grow out beautifully. They also rocked the haircut. I asked for a medium cut with longer layers with shorter layers in front for face framing. So pretty! I am very happy with my new look. Hind is wonderful as well. They are a great team.
