Terrible experience with Carrie. I found her to be rude, overall a very unpleasant experience
I was in a panic and needed my hair washed and blown dry. This salon worked their magic and scheduled an spot for me that day! My shampoo and kiwi dry was wonderful. I have dhoujdr krngth curly hair and it turned out steait and gently looking. I was/am beyond thankful
I recently just started going to the cutting room . Carrie is great at what she does. Listens to what you want and does exactly what you ask for. Will be going to Carrie as long as she cuts hair.
I highly recommend not going to this salon. After my hair was cut here it was visibly uneven. I never had someone completely butcher my hair before. I went to get it fixed at another salon, the lady who fixed my hair was shocked at how blunt and uneven my hair was cut. The only way to fix it was to cut another inch off my hair (I had 3 inches previously cut off at the Cutting Room) so you can imagine how drastic of a change.
