My family is newer to the Sullivan area and we have been trying to find the best place to get haircuts and I think we have found it. Sherry was so patient with all our kids and listened to how we wanted each kids hair cut! Just fyi our kids range from 1-6 so very young and don’t sit still long. She was very welcoming and didn’t get stressed about the kids moving and being kids. We will definitely be going back!
BUYER BEWARE..Terrible experience. If I could give a zero I would. I even had my phone open with a photo of the style I wanted. She ensured she could do it. When I realized I had a similar experience there years before - at a different location, I would have left, but it was too late. She had already started chopping. If you have ever dealt with a 'professional' salon, that place isn't it! They lost a couple customers that day. The dog groomer next door said they had done something similar to her hair. Awsome, kind, fast and scheduled in quick
It is the worst place to take a child to get a haircut. They just start cutting without even asking us what kind of hair cut we wanted done for our 2 year old, then when we tried telling her that it wasn't working because he was wiggling around we just asked to have it buzzed. It's a 2 year old his hair will grow back in 2 weeks, so it doesn't matter to us how it comes out. She told us if we didn't like it that we could leave.
