I had a great experience at this salon from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. My stylist paid close attention to every detail, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The salon was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I never felt rushed, and everyone was friendly throughout my visit. The quality of service was excellent, and I'll definitely be returning for my next appointment. Highly recommended!
At first I left with a great experience untill I got home, showered and looked at my hair. I mentioned to the stylist that this was the longest my hair has been in over 6 years and wanted to preserve as much length as possible. I mentioned only wanting about half an inch off and just wanted some shaping.Only to get home and look at my hair and notice almost a whole 5-6 inches off and my u shape was completely crooked.
