They literally waisted my time ! Told me to come in at 3 for an appointment so I did . Then they get me in a chair and a girl starts looking at my hair like she doesn’t know what she’s doing and has to have advice from other hair stylist . They deliberate in the back together and come back and tell me the base price is going to be 450$ for my hair after telling me it would be between 200-275$ which was fine . Second time taking my 10 year old daughter here because she had such a good experience the first time. Today wasn't so great. She enjoyed the shampooing and the blow drying. Today she asked the stylist if she had the tinsels. And she was told it will be extra. I gave the okay to proceed. The after blow drying, my daughter got up and they both head to the front.
