I was a walk-in and was quickly taken care of. I got a wash and cut. The stylist did blow dry my hair but no other styling. My hair cut was okay given I had a lot of split ends but wish I didn't have to get layers again. I waited a long time to get it cut again after having layers cut to avoid layers but it didn't workout. The stylist seemed to think my hair needed them to get the dead off. Went in June 7th, 2024 for color and cut. Delores did a GREAT job, loved how it turned out. But...2 shampoos later all the color was gone! I spoke with the owner to get my $80.00 back. She (Christine) told me she would go to Sheriff's office if I tried to recoup my money. Oh, she told me she could refer me to another salon. Customer service??? Delete this one Christine!!

I was a walk-in and was seated right away. I had a wash, cut & blow dry. My hair dresser was knowledgeable and very friendly. I love my new style! I only wish I got her name prior to leaving.
