Cynthia communicated great with me & was out the next day with her husband to do an estimate. They are neat, polite and extremely professional. They proposed an well put estimate for me to submit to our board meeting. I will update if the board approves and we hire since this a two part process with our HOA but since I am only the VP and only one vote, I do not have the final say. If it were up to me, they’d be hired already.
