My first time going, I cant remember my stylists name but I think it was Deni. Phenomenal work, I was so happy with the result and I felt so comfortable. She was quick and precise, very friendly, and gave me exactly what I'd asked for. Definitely go here if you've been to other places that were too afraid to go that short for a woman. I'll be going back for future trim/upkeep
I recently took my mom to The Cut Hut as a walk-in, as they advertise that walk-ins are welcome. Unfortunately, the experience with the front desk staff was disappointing and unprofessional. When we arrived, the staff member asked if my mom had an appointment. My mom replied that she was a walk-in, and instead of helping her or explaining the next steps, the staff member proceeded to assist another customer who was behind us.
