This was our first time purchasing a share of beef, so we had ZERO knowledge about the process. Lauren made it so easy and we felt complete confidence in the entire process. She was even answering my texts on a very early Saturday morning! When we got our beef it was perfectly packaged and labeled. My sister, who has had meat processed many times, even commented on how well it was packaged. We have been very happy with the entire experience and even more so with our freezer full of beef.
They did an amazing job processing the quarter Cow we bought.
We’ve gotten three whole organic hogs from The Cut and everything they make is delicious and they make sure that we are taken care of. Highly recommend!
We have been Customers of The Cut Custom Processing for many years. Thad, Lauren and the crew always do an outstanding job with our beef. Now that we have retired from our markets, we still go to The Cut for our protein.
