This company is very eager to please. They were attentive and reliable. My boxes were as ordered and were received faster than promised.
Fantastic customer service. I hopped online and they contacted me via chat, they were quick to address my questions and had a sample of the product I wanted sent over to me the very next day. I could not believe it arrived as quickly as it did - it was literally about 4 days after I ordered it, the product was at my doorstep. Beautiful quality work, excellent customer service, speedy shipping and prompt responses make this a company you can return to again and again. Highly recommended.
The process to get the product was by far the worse experience of my professional career. First off, I get a "customer service expert" that hardly speaks english and has a very hard time understanding my very plain english when talking about rudimentary graphic issues. Second, my labels I provided were 95% complete and the "customer service expert" decided to rearrange my labels and tried to talk me out of my registered trademark...?
