I am allergic to roaches so at least there was benedril in the little store in the lobby.. I had a full hives breakout, I asked the manager Allison for new sheets believing I was just allergic to the sheets but I found I dead roach under my ac box. I told the manger I was sick because of it and she brushed it off and talked over me to the guy behind me.. I am never staying here again. Quirky affordable hotel in the heart of Denver.
Terrific hotel with every floor having a special theme. Bed was comfortable and the location was great
The recent remodel is a disaster! The rooms have no closet or dresser, the toilets are the height of kindergarten toilets. The beds are low and the desk chair is ridiculous! This is very sad as we have been coming here for 10 years for sporting events. We will find a new hotel after this weekend! So disappointing.
