The bar and restaurant staff have the worst customer service and vibe of any hotel bar I've ever stayed at.
Do not leave anything behind...you will not get it back.
The Curtis is a fun hotel right downtown in what may be a perfect location for out of town guests. It is near the stadiums, entertainment, shopping and Union Station. The staff is fun and friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is a lot of fun and very visually appealing. If you love video games from the 90's and 2000's you should definitely pay this place a visit. The attached restaurant makes great drinks, good coffee, and really good food. I highly recommend a stay here
Stayed at the hotel during a recent work conference. Has a resort/circus style theme throughout the hotel. Every floor has a different style. Would not recommend at all. Stayed for 3 days/nights, did not have hot water once. Elevators were crowded due to one being down for maintenance repairs. Tried to use the stairs and got locked out between floors.
