Front desk staff was amazing and responded to each question and inquiry with interest and alacrity. The location was great for theaters just across the street. Housekeeping was uneven, things done one time and not the next. No one should play origami with a toilet paper roll. Unnecessary and wasteful. The worst was the room. Just poor design. Hot water did not work, even after letting it run for 15 minutes. Desk staff were great, however.
Nice enough, very comfortable beds, questionable decor
We got a corner room with a view and greeted with a cookie what more could you ask for we also got to self park which we enjoy and definitely get the breakfast. Only con is the shower is a roller coaster of crazy temps
