Stayed for one night on 5/17/26, booked a 1 bedroom executive suite with sofa bed. The pullout sofa bed was broken, unable to pull out and assemble. The front desk employee, who was polite and apologetic, said she was the only one working; there was no maintenance staff available, and the hotel had no rollaway beds. 8pm on a Sunday, not the middle of the night. This hotel on its own is fantastic. The staff not so much. Consistency and customer service are lacking. As this was not my first stay, and I will be coming here at least once a month, I feel it is important to give feedback to help. 1. The person at check-in finds it more important to knit than to do her job. 2. Keep the rooms clean and stocked with all items... as in robes, shampoo (seriously) etc. 3. I want to start by saying that we understand maintenance issues can happen, and we don’t fault the staff for the problem itself. However, this review reflects our experience and how the situation was handled. We informed the front desk of an HVAC issue before leaving for dinner around 6:00 PM. Our unit would not run for more than two minutes before shutting off. When we returned around 10:00 PM, we checked with the front desk and were assured the issue had been resolved.
