Very nice apartments! The only ones I can find around my area that is clean and neat, also well taken care of. The management team was very helpful and assisted me through every step to get in! Thank you Ray! Great business here.
I moved back in October, and let's just say it was a bit of a rollercoaster! I've attached some photos from move-in day – you'll see what I mean! The good news is, I was able to get out of the lease in November, and they only kept my security deposit. They did replace the washer, which was great, but there were a few other things that never quite got fixed. The water mildew was obvious, the sink water was acting up, the dishwasher was a no-go, toilet nonstop running, and the microwave had a broken piece. All though I was not... read more

Not a bad place to live. Definitely would rent rent here again
Traffic is starting to flow indefinitely due to the latest openings of our newly developed highway and causeway roadways
