Would not recommend. The pool was closed far too often. I had a leak in my ceiling that was barely patched. Vent in bathroom was unusable. Roaches were crawling everywhere no matter how much I cleaned and sprayed my apartment and I was constantly watching my back for big dogs off leash. The noise level is outstanding. You can hear footsteps above your head all the time. Not worth the price.
