Currently live here, when we moved in, our unit didn’t even look clean, there was gum stuck on one of the closet walls, weird gunk all over the outlet, maintenance sucks, they do not spray weekly for pest control, and the pool is always filthy. It used to be such a nice place. Very sad. Edit/update: place still isn’t worth it. Coming back a second time cause adding things to rent without permission is getting out of hand. This is been my home for the past 7 years and I have really enjoyed living here. The staff are very friendly and very attentive to your needs. They all are always very helpful especially Rudy the regional manager andElaine.. they have a resort style pool , dog park, gym and TV out in the pool area.thus is a very friendly and safe environment. 🫶

Ashley has been incredibly helpful and has made a big difference in my experience here. Unfortunately, the property has ongoing issues with its online payment portal, which frequently malfunctions. Despite these technical problems being on their end, management does not offer any flexibility or grace period for late payments caused by the system. If it weren’t for Ashley’s support—and the high fee for breaking the one-year lease—I would have seriously considered moving elsewhere, especially given that rent here is not inexpe... read more
