We went in looking for an apartment loved the customer service by Elaine and Micheal! Not only are the apartments beautiful, but when you get the best customer service that is so welcoming makes the home decision so much easier!
I have loved being here the management and Maintenance are all very great people. Everyone tries to help you out as much as possible. The pool is amazing as I am there almost every day. When something is down, it gets fixed rasonably fast. Elaine is wonderful
If I were you I would not rent here, currently a tenant. I’m not sure if they’re trying to get rid of the tenants that are locked in from old leases but my rate was 1150 and seeing online not too long ago they were going to rent out the small 1b1b for even more I think around 13/15. They charge multiple things on your rent. Currently I have three different water charges on my bill for three different rates and I’m pretty sure they have been doing this to me for the past year and a half that I have been living with them. Amazing apartment complex, from the manager Elaine Delagarza, the leasing agent Michael, as well as the maintenance team! Awesome job all the way around!!!
