I learned about this salon on Instagram. After reviewing her work, I made my appointment immediately. I was very excited for my appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Millie was over an hour late for my appointment and texted me 10 minutes prior to the start of my appointment. She stole from me! Long story short she didn’t communicate whatsoever, was extremely rude and unprofessional about the way she handled canceling my appointment, then proceeded to “accidentally” charge my card then refunded it after the fact. Then when it was redacted as in she took it back I messaged her and without a response to my message she “refunded” it again but AGAIN took it back after I told her I’d be writing a review. Millie did a fantastic job of cutting my thick, curly hair. It's a challenge finding a stylist that really understands curls, so I am very happy to have met Millie. Love my haircut. I would highly recommend her services.

Thank you for your reply but it looks like you may have your clients mixed up. I do not have any bald spots thus this is a discussion we NEVER had. I understand that this is your business and you feel you need to write a few paragraphs in response for viewing purposes but when clients sit in your chair and they tell you they are not looking for a miracle and that they just want to feel comfortable with the look of their natural and your response is positive but the results are anything but positive therein lies the problem. ... read more

Millie is amazing at natural curly hair, silk press, and coloring! She has made me feel so beautiful than I’ve ever thought I could feel. Go see her!!!
