Came for the first time and the experience was wonderful!! My stylist, Kezia, explained everything to me from the process to what products are being used. If I could give them 10 starts I would!! Definitely coming back
Had a haircut here about 1.5 weeks ago and I tried to give my hair a chance to love it and unfortunately I still can’t bring myself to like it. My sister and I came in for the same service and mine took maaaaybe an hour and hers took 2.5 hours. I understand different stylists have their own process but for us to book the same service and have such a vastly different experience is insane to me. Hiyab did the transfer curl package on my curls and she did a great job my curls feel fresh and moisturizer!
It was my first time at the curl lounge and I got the curl care experience with Kezia and she was very patient and passionate about the process. I am from Brazil so I am definitely picky about hair salons in Canada but it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend!!! ❤️
