Emily was wonderful! So personable and so very TALENTED! I loved my time with her and even as someone who feels fairly confident in my ability to style my curls, I left with some invaluable tips and tricks! Would 100% recommend whether you’re new to your curls or if you’re a pro. I would also like to add, I have been putting off getting a ‘curly cut’ for years because of the price, but I now see that it’s so much more than a haircut and completely worth the cost.
My hair was impossible to brush out or style. Now it's light as a feather and very lovely. Can you tell which photo is from before, and which one was after I got the hair cut?! No?. Well, that's alright. The sunny picture in the grass is the after shot. The photo taken at Aromas on Oak Coffee shop was the before.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with curls like I trust Emily and anyone on her team! She has put her heart into studying curly hair and has a passion for helping women and girls fall in love with who the hair they were born with! Emily has been doing my hair for about 6 years and is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable about curly hair and all that goes with it. I also get balayage highlights and she is a master. She is also just an amazing person all around to spend time with while you get your hair done. I cannot recommend her enough.
I’ve been seeing Emily for 6 years. Not only is she a great stylist, but she’s a genuine human being. Emily works extremely hard and knows her stuff inside and out. She never pressures me and is always up for hearing what I want to do with my hair. I feel comfortable telling her if there’s something I don’t like and she’s open and accepting of the feedback.
