Our wedding was last month and we are beyond disappointed with the service we got. I hired Anne for partial planning, which included taking charge one month prior to the wedding, running our ceremony rehearsal, and serving as our day-of coordinator. We had scheduled monthly check-ins (throughout all of 2025 ) where we updated details and discussed logistics, so we assumed she was keeping notes and staying on top of everything.
