If I could give 10 stars, I would! Buying a house can be very stressful and doesn’t bring out the best in people (me) sometimes. I know I can be a pill… but I cannot believe how incredible our realtor was in making this process easy and helping us out with a repairs when we moved in and a repair after we’ve already lived there for a while! Dave and Shelly went above and beyond helping me sell my mother's home. My mother and I were out of state so they helped with the clean up and provided a great service to have the furniture removed. The house sold incredibly quickly and I am so very grateful to Dave and Shelly very much. It was a very stressful time for me and they helped alleviate a lot of the stress. I highly recommend The Culbertson Team to sell your home.
Dave was incredibly helpful and provided a ton of information to us as first time homebuyers. He answered all of our questions and consistently offered up additional information he thought would be helpful.
Working with Dave was a pleasurable experience, especially for two new homebuyers. He explained everything out, kept great communication, and constantly went above and beyond in order to help us out. Thanks to him, everything went much smoother than I had imagined it would, and I would gladly work with him again in the future. We love our new house and we're very thankful for him.
The Culbertson Team is amazing to work with. Dave and Shelly are kind, patient and knowledgeable. What really impressed me was how they did not just find us a new house, but they worked hard to find us the perfect home that fit our family.
